About Ian Fagala

Hey, My name is Ian. I’m an average guy who fell in love with working out. I started working out at the age of 18 to put on a little muscle because a few months of the college diet had done nasty things to my body.

I caught a glimpse of myself shirtless in a mirror as I walked across my dorm one afternoon and decided that I needed to make a change. What I didn’t know was that decision has defined much of my life.

A few years after that I made another decision, to help others make the same changes I’d made. So I dedicated myself to coaching and training others so they could get the same life changing health benefits that I did.

That decision was over 20 years ago and my life is much different now.

I’m a dad and husband balancing family and work, and the demands on my time are great. Which means it’s even more important for me to make my health a priority.

I want to be one of those dads that can go kick the soccer ball in the backyard with my boys without getting winded. I want to be the dad that my daughter looks up to and thinks is the strongest man alive. And I’m sure you want those things as well or some version of them.
