Scale Up, Calories Up

If you’ve been dieting or on a reduced calorie diet for any length of time recently, December is the perfect time to back that off. Within reason our bodies will eventually adjust to how many calories we eat.

Meaning if you’ve been lower on the calories December, with its holiday parties and cookies, may provide an easy increase in calories that your body might need. With a planned approach taking December to eat more may help push your training to the next level.

That is of course provided your training hard and not just eating a lot more cookies and washing it down with booze. Of course do some of that cause god knows with 2020 the way it’s gone we could use it. Just make sure a good portion of it is healthy proteins and veggies too.
