You can actually eat anything you want and lose body fat. It’s not hocus pocus you just can’t eat as much as you want.
That’s the difference. Eating a delicious burger or a bowl of ice cream is not going to blow your entire fat loss plan. You might have to adjust the portion size of that burger or ice cream though.
If you eat within the calorie range that allows your body to lose fat, what is eaten within that range is less important for fat loss.
Food is meant to be enjoyed not cause feelings of guilt or anxiety.
