Do you view food as good or evil? If the thought of cookies and ice cream make you want to start breathing into a brown paper bag, you may need to readjust that relationship.
The reason being is there are no good or bad foods. It’s the wrong way of thinking when considering how you eat. A better way is to view foods as things you need to eat more of or more often and ones you eat less often.
Obviously the more often foods are fruits, vegetables, protein, healthy carbs, and any other minimally processed foods. The less often foods are high sugar high fat foods like cookies, cakes, and the like.
Our belief is that there is room in any healthy nutrition plan for both, so no brown paper bag necessary.
