Don’t Overhaul

Are you making a resolution or setting goals for 2021? If so don’t opt for the complete overhaul approach.

It’s easy to fall into the mindset of wanting to make huge changes, but more often than not those goals are toast by February. This can lead to feelings of failure and a whole host of negative emotions.

Here are two ways to help you succeed with whatever you want to accomplish this year.

First, just focus on one thing. Weight loss is a common one, so make one small nutrition change to support that. Then plan another once you’ve dialed in that first change.
