Be A Single Tasker

I’m a guy, which means I have zero ability to multi task. It stresses me out. The thing is far too many people multi task with their health and fitness.

If you’re going keto and CrossFit for the new year and you’ve never done either, it’s going to be a tough go. Not because it’s impossible it’s likely just too much change. And we as humans don’t do well with change.

Which is why you need to stay focused on one goal at a time. In our always on right now world it’s easier to get distracted. So set a single goal and work doggedly until you achieve it.
