If you are looking for a relatively easy way to reduce calories, zero calorie drinks can fit the bill. A can of regular soda is about 150 calories, a Starbucks 20 oz latte 240.
A latte and a soda are a 400 calorie a day habit that can wreck the best of fat loss intentions. Even a “healthy” smoothie is best left behind when pursuing fat loss.
To be clear I’m not advocating people start drinking artificially sweetened drinks if they don’t already. I am saying that if currently drink a lot of calories and want to lose body fat this is a great place to start.
